No refunds only exchanges are permitted.  You will have 30 days from the delivery date to return items with all tags attached and unworn and in the same condition you received the product. If you have any questions or concerns regarding products please email us and we will respond within 24-48 hours. If for any reason you received defectived items, it must be reported via email within 7 days of purchase or from the delivered date in order to receive store credit . If reported after the 7 day time frame, you will not be able to receive credit for the product.
