Refund policy
No refunds or exchanges will be given due to limited edition. If you have any questions or concerns regarding products, please email us and we will respond within 24-48 hours. If for any reason you received defected items, it must be reported via email within 7 days of purchase or from the delivered date in order to receive store credit. If reported after the 7-day time frame, you will not be able to receive credit for the product.
For the fashion therapy styling services each client will have to submit payment 30 days before deadline date discussed in the free consultation. This is to ensure the fashion therapist has enough time to deliver a look the customer is satisfied with. There are no refunds on the 3 services offered by the fashion therapist but can be used as a store credit if you need to reschedule. Each service hourly minimum is 8 hours but could be more as it is based on the package deal the customer chooses. Lastly, the fashion therapist is a styling service and does not offer counseling services.
